Online store Terms of sale
The owner of the online store https://libplanet.com (hereinafter — "Online Store") is LIB OÜ (registration code 12450790), located at MERE PST 4B, TALLINN 11411, Estonia.
Validity of the Sales Contract, Product and Price Information
These terms apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to each product. Delivery fees are added to the price. All prices in the Online Store are in euros.
Delivery costs depend on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. Delivery costs are displayed to the buyer during order checkout.
Information about the product is provided directly next to the product in the Online Store.
Placing an Order
To order products, add the desired items to your shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and select a suitable delivery method. The screen will then display the total amount, which can be paid securely using the following methods:
- European payments
- Visa/Mastercard payments
- Revolut Pay
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- ESTO "Pay Later"
- Paypal
Note! When paying via bank link, be sure to click the "Return to Merchant" button on the bank’s page.
Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment — via bank link in the respective bank’s secure environment, or by credit card in Maksekeskus AS's secure environment. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank or credit card details. The contract comes into effect once the payment amount has been received in the Online Store’s account.
The Online Store owner is the data controller and provides the necessary personal data to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS to process payments.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to unavailability or any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days from the notification.
Delivery
Goods are shipped worldwide.
For receiving goods, the buyer can choose: Smartpost couriers and parcel machines, Fedex courier, Packeta.
The buyer bears the shipping costs; the relevant pricing information is displayed with the chosen shipping method.
If a product is marked as "in stock," delivery to EU countries takes 2–9 business days. For other countries, customs processing time is added.
If a product is marked as "made to order," order processing takes approximately 3–5 weeks, as these products are produced by suppliers upon order.

Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
Not subject to return:
- Product that has been used;
- Damaged product;
- Product not in complete set;
- Product that has lost its original appearance (visible scratches, bent corners, or other defects);
- Product that was improperly packaged for return (e.g., corners of books or the cover not protected from scratches or bending), resulting in damage.
To return a product, send an email to ladu@libplanet.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
The buyer bears the cost of return, except if the return is due to the product not matching the order (e.g., wrong or defective product).
The buyer must return the product within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal request or provide proof of delivery to the carrier within this period.
The Online Store will refund all amounts paid by the buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal request.
The Online Store may withhold refunds until the returned item is received or proof of return is provided, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard method offered by the Online Store, the store is not obliged to refund any cost exceeding the standard delivery cost.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sale and demand the return of goods if the product price was significantly below market value due to an error.
Right to File a Claim
The Online Store is responsible for goods sold that do not comply with the contract or have defects existing at the time of delivery and discovered within two years from delivery.
For the first year from delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. Refuting this presumption is the responsibility of the Online Store.
The buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months of discovering a defect, by sending an email to ladu@libplanet.com or calling +372 5818 8509.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects caused by the buyer or resulting from improper storage or use of the product. Only product defects are considered, not packaging defects.
To resolve future issues, the buyer must retain purchase documents (invoice, contract, etc.) proving that the product was bought from the Online Store. Without proof of purchase, the issue may remain unresolved.
If a purchased product has defects for which the Online Store is responsible, it will be replaced. If replacement is impossible, the Online Store will refund all amounts paid under the sales contract.
The Online Store responds to consumer complaints in writing or in a reproducible form within 15 days.
Personal Data Processing
The Online Store uses the buyer’s personal data only for order processing and product delivery. Data is shared with shipping service providers to deliver the goods.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email only if the buyer has given consent.
The buyer can opt out of email offers and newsletters at any time by notifying the Online Store via email or following the instructions in the email.

Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent to ladu@libplanet.com or call +372 5818 8509.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the buyer may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. Details and application form are available here. Review of complaints by the committee is free of charge.
