How to Write a Review

Go to the product page, click “Write your review” and share your impressions. This feature is available only to registered users.

Review moderation takes up to three business days. After approval, a bonus of 1 euro for each published review will be credited to your balance.

To Make Your Review Helpful

  • Do not duplicate the product description, specifications, or other customers’ reviews — this information is already available on the page.
  • Do not retell the plot — let others discover new impressions for themselves.
  • Do not discuss other users’ reviews — readers are interested in your personal opinion about the product.

Bonus Program Rules

1. Bonuses are awarded for a written review. Informative, meaningful, and useful reviews that help other users get a better understanding of the product are rewarded. If an author leaves several reviews for the same product, the bonus is given only for one of them.

2. Bonuses are awarded for reviews of products marked as “In stock” or “On order”. Products marked as “Out of stock” do not participate in the program. The product status is recorded at the time the review is published.

3. Bonuses are credited to your balance and remain valid for 90 days from the date of receipt. They can be used to pay for orders on LibPlanet.com. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. By posting a review, you agree that LibPlanet may use its text, photos, and videos for display to other customers on our website and in promotional materials.

Which Reviews Will Not Pass Moderation?

  • Containing obscene or offensive language.
  • Literal or free retelling of information already listed in the book card, including the annotation and content.
  • Reviews that duplicate or closely resemble previously published ones.
  • Reviews not written by you personally, or containing borrowed materials. Such reviews will be removed, and bonuses canceled.
  • Too short, consisting only of emotional expressions (for example, “Awesome!”, “Great!”).
  • Containing advertising materials: links to other websites, phone numbers, addresses, or images of other products, sellers, manufacturers, etc.
  • Template-based: reviews written from identical text templates for different books.
  • Containing information that may cause harm to third parties, including due to the method of product use.

LibPlanet.com reserves the right to modify and supplement the terms of the bonus program. All changes will be reflected in the promotion’s conditions.
